But some people want a guide.
Not because they can't read the map. Because walking unfamiliar territory is easier with someone who's been there before. Someone who knows where the drop-offs are. Someone who can say "this is normal" when everything feels wrong.
That's what I offer.
Who I Am
I'm Oriya.
I built this protocol because I needed it. I've walked these beatsβnot as theory, but as lived experience. Cannabis, alcohol, the soft addictions that high-functioning people run while pretending everything is fine. I know the loop from the inside.
I also spent 15 years studying the architecture of transformation. Story structure in Hollywood. Shamanic initiation in underground ceremonies. The patterns that make change stick versus the ones that don't.
The 12-Beat Protocol is the synthesis. The map I wish I'd had.
I'm not a therapist. I'm not a sponsor. I'm not a guru.
I'm an architect. A systems designer. A guide who's already mapped the exit.
What I'm Not
Not a therapist. I don't diagnose. I don't treat mental health conditions. If you need therapy, get therapy. I can work alongside your therapist, but I don't replace one.
Not an AA sponsor. No steps. No higher power. No "one day at a time" forever. This is a protocol with an exit, not a lifelong identity.
Not soft. I won't tell you you're doing great when you're not. I won't hold space for your excuses. I'll tell you the truth and expect you to act on it.
Not for everyone. If you want warmth and validation, I'm not your guy. If you want a system, a structure, and someone who will push youβkeep reading.

The Clean Season Program
A 12-week guided journey through the protocol. One beat per week. Direct access to me throughout.
What's included:
Weekly sessions. Video calls to review the beat, diagnose where you are, troubleshoot what's not working.
Async access. Message me between sessions when the voice gets loud or you need a reality check.
Customized protocol. The map is universal. The application is specific to your substance, your patterns, your life.
Accountability. Someone who knows you're doing this. Someone you check in with. Someone who notices if you disappear.
The practices. Each week's exercises, adapted to your situation.
Restart support. If the loop restarts, we diagnose why and adjust. No shame. Just data.
This isn't therapy. It's navigation. You're walking the territory. I'm reading the map with you.

Working with a guide costs money. This isn't a charity. It's a service for people who have the resources and want to use them to solve this problem.
If you can't afford a guide, the map is still free. The protocol works on its own. Use it.
If you can afford it and want the support, the investment is significant. This is intentional. You need skin in the game. Easy to start, easy to quit.
